You can delete your account in account settings. Once you delete, your profile will be inaccessible. After completing the process, you will receive a cancellation email. You can update your billing information or cancel your account. You can email us at support@nakhti.us if you have difficulty.


If you are receiving an error message when attempting to sign in, check to see if you have the correct password. You can also reset your password. If the issue is not solved using these methods, you may be blocked. Email us support@nakhti.us to see how we can rectify the situation.


Customer Service

We are open 5 days a week. Customer service hours are from 10:00 AM till 5:00 PM EST. Monday through Friday. Emails are preferred at support@Nakhti.us

With the exception of the Nakhti Spirit work section (handmade and spelled Items), Orders placed on the weekends or on holidays will be processed and shipped within 3  business days after the weekend or holiday. Of course, if you have any questions or concerns, please use the Contact Us form, and let us know how we can help. Email is our fastest way of communication.


We're confident you'll be satisfied with the products we offer, but we realize that sometimes things do go wrong. If there is a problem with your order of any kind, please notify us within 6 business days of receipt of your order to report a problem. Below are instructions on how to handle various problems that might arise. If these do not answer your question, please feel free to contact us. We are here to help.

If you receive an item you didn't order or you did not receive an item you did order; please contact us so we can ship the correct item. If the error was on our end, we'll ship the correct item to you. If the error was on your end, we'll figure out how to adjust to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.


We never send items that are damaged, so if your order arrives with damage, this took place during the transit period. Please contact us immediately and we will send out a new package to you. Please hold onto the damaged product, as we will file a claim with UPS and they may want to pick these items up for their use in handling the claim. We make every effort to keep our website as up-to-date as possible. However, things change all the time. Manufacturers may change how a product looks, they may change the package size or even the ingredients a bit. If you find an error with information on our site, we would sure appreciate it if you could notify us of the exact error by emailing us at info@nakhti.us


Digital Lectures

Nakhti must have a signed confidentiality agreement on file before you purchase exclusive digital lectures. If you purchase exclusive content without signing the confidentiality agreement, a refund will be processed within 48 hours and you may be banned from purchasing future content. 


The link to the confidentiality agreement can be found on the previews of exclusive content located on the product page of the digital download and in newsletters.

You will be issued one license key per lecture. You will receive a license key on the order confirmation page and download link within 24 hours of confirming your confidentiality agreement.  You will only be able to download the lecture three times. The license key is attached to your download


You will receive your order within 24 Hours of purchase on a business day and within 72 hours on weekends. Lectures will be added periodically so make sure to sign up for the email list to be made aware of new lectures as they are added.

The email list and sometimes from the Youtube channel. Signing up to the email list will allow you to hear a preview of the lecture before purchase. 


Subscriptions

No membership refunds. With advance notice, transfer of coaching and readings  may be available to another time.

Full payment is due at the time of service.. You may  pre-pay through PayPal. 

It is my policy to ensure each and every client complete discretion and confidentiality. Anything that is said or done during any session will be held in the strictest of confidence. This is professionally and ethically important, as it provides a safe place to open up and experience yourself at the deepest levels possible.

In keeping with the policy, should we encounter each other in a public place, I will only communicate with you if you approach me first. You are free and welcome to approach me anytime you see me, but to prevent possible social awkwardness with you and anyone you may be with, I will not approach you. Please do not interpret this as anything other than respecting your privacy.
