Covid 19 Shipping Updates

Nakhti ships via the USPS, FedEx and UPS. Methods vary depending on location and availability. A tracking number will be provided. Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, and your location.
Once Payment is received, most orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
An additional $17.00 charge will be applied for change of address, or location change after order ships (per box).
For custom and handmade items (Nakhti Spirit Work Section), We ask that you allow us 5 - 12 business days to get your items ready to ship. Items in the Nakhti spirit work section are handmade, spelled, and sometimes made to order (gri gris and oils). This is the reason for the longer shipping time than curios and spiritual supplies in the Botanica and Shop By intention section.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and returned within 7 days. It must also be in the original packaging. For example, Oils that have been transferred into plastic containers are NOT considered to be in resalable condition.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, digital downloads, intimate, powders, sanitary goods, and gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns should have “RETURNS DEPT.” written clearly on the outside of the box along with an RMA #. Inside the box, include the order number that you are referring to so that we can properly credit your account. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the eligibility of your refund.
If refunded, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Report any damaged or missing items within ten (7) days of receipt of order so that we can help rectify and credit your account.
No Refunds for buyers remorse.
